Tutor in Fairborn, Ohio

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Electrical Engineering from University of Dayton, and have teaching experience at the college level. As a graduate student at Wright State University, I also worked as a math tutor and Lab instructor for my school students. As an engineer, my background is heavily weighted towards algebra, calculus, trigonometry, statistics, and physics. If you are a college student, I'm also very comfortable with linear algebra and differential equations, along with other topics engineers typically encounter. It is important that everyone give their best effort throughout life, and school is a great place to start. My approach to tutoring is to first establish the student's current level of knowledge and experience with the subject, then carefully build on that base of knowledge by working through example problems. My goal is to work with the student to ensure they understand the raw concepts, and learn to apply the concept.
