Why should we know about “entropy” in thermodynamics? The reason can be explained by ice melting in a cup of water (and many other daily life examples). I am a scientist and educator who completed my doctoral degree (PhD) in Chemical Physics from Harvard University in June this year (2019). After solid academic training, I realized how important it is to connect scientific findings to everyday life. With previous tutoring experiences in freshman chemistry and physics at Harvard University and the University of Toronto, I look forward to exploring science in life and sharing my knowledge and experiences with students. I am happy to discuss how to tutor each individual student based on his or her interest and needs.
