Each individual is unique and many are often left at a disadvantage because of the status quo of an un-engaging learning methodology that many school systems unsuccessfully implement. My goal is to offer a personalized curriculum tailored to individual strengths as well as a reassessment of existing study habits and the practicing new innovative habits that would be beneficial long term. About myself: I'm a senior Biomedical engineer at NU. I have had previous experience tutoring high school students throughout my undergrad career as well. I thoroughly enjoy science and hope to positively influence the perspectives of others in regards to science! Services Offered: -ACT/SAT Preparation -SAT II Subject Tests (Math I & II, Chemistry, Biology, Physics (B&C) ) -AP Classes (For any general science and math course) -Introductory Computer Science languages (java, C , matlab) -If there is a need for assistance in other fields such as college essays, application strategies, and subjects not specified in my services, have no fear! Arrangements can certainly be made. I can also accommodate for younger ages and lower level math (e.g. algebra-precalculus) References and resume are available upon request. My rates consist the following: -$45 an hour for private tutoring in any subject -$45 an hour for college essays/college admission assistance -$35 an hour for group tutoring Package Deals -15% off total for every 10 hours *Please understand that the prices reflect how serious I am about my clients. Rates only apply to instructional services! In addition, I offer the following services for free: -Unrestricted access to my bank of resources: test bank, university level practice material and notes, self made tests and compiled notes. -Face time conferences -Log of student progress -Access to university facilities (as long as I am present). Location I am currently located in Evanston, IL. I do not mind meeting at other locations as long as transportation is compensated (if necessary). However, I would strongly recommend sessions to take place within the NU campus in Evanston. That way the client can be immersed in a college atmosphere.
