I am a third year college student at George Mason University pursing a bachelor's degree in English, concentrating in Linguistics. As a result, I have an excellent grasp of the English language and excel at writing professional, college-level papers. I have consistently scored in the upper 90th percentile of the Writing and Reading Comprehension divisions of every standardized test I have ever taken. I am a calm, well-spoken, and understanding teacher with experience in conveying difficult concepts in ways that are more easily understandable. I am offering my skills to tutor high school or higher-level students in English grammar, spelling, and literature, and/or in organizing and composing papers to a higher quality. I am available in the Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, and McLean areas for personal meetings, but I have a very flexible schedule and can always communicate by Skype if that is necessary or easier.
