I hold a BS in Education concentrating in child mental and physical development and a Masters degree in Education concentrating in Administration and budgeting. I have taught physically challenged children and young adultsI have 40 years in the contracting business.I have personally worked as a skilled tradesman in carpentry, roofing, electrical, residential plumbing, siding, masonry. Also taught OSHA compliance courses. I know bookkeeping as well as budgeting, estimating and the use of electronic construction aides in construction projects. I have held licenses in NY State in several counties. I've trained more than 500 people and 235 of them had learning problems that needed one on one tutoring to reach the required level of knowledge.
