Assistant/ Sitter/ Tutor for young and/ or old Part time or Full time assistant, nanny, tutor, educator or mentor for potty trained child to senior citizen. I have been a school teacher and school counselor for about 15 years and I have recently moved to this area to pursue my personal research interests in personal spiritual advancement/ ascension and alternative healing therapies for the physical, higher energy body, collective global minded self and the earth. I would like to have extra time to pursue my personal research interests while still paying my bills. I enjoy traveling to sites of natural beauty like botanical gardens and sacred architectural and energy sites. When I have extra time and funds, I also volunteer at children's hospitals, write letters for change, and take longer trips. I like to envision a positive future and I feel the schools are not adequately preparing young leaders to bring into existence the future I see of peace, less attachments to old ways of consuming resources and dependence on money, and ultimately helping the new evolved young people who will become co creators. I am very spiritually minded and believe the cultivation of the heart will provide the solutions to all problems. I have professional up to date certifications in Special Education K-12, Generalist (all subjects) 4-8, and School Counseling K-12 I have a B.S. degree in Psychology with a minor in Music( know basic scales, music appreciation, history, can read music and use correct vocal diction for several languages along with healthy singing techniques) and a degree in Education from an accredited university. I have also had basic French and German. I enjoy working with children of all ages but have spent most of my time with junior school children as this is my preference because I feel they are the most overlooked. I have been told I'm a miracle worker and I love helping children with learning disabilities, gifted and talented, inspiration, attitude, motivation, self esteem, creativity, empowerment, memory techniques, meditation, behavior, organization, and the new Indigo and Crystal children. I am not a perfectionist( my focus will be on the mind and emotional development but I would encourage the child free play for physical exercise) and I do not support hostile emotional pressuring of children. I would rather teach children the value of personal virtue and working smart and creatively to succeed. In addition, I am willing to help your household run more smoothly by doing light care taking, food preparation and or cooking( very good here I've been told), decorating, cleaning, gardening, scheduling, organization, planning, shopping, errands, small household projects or crafts, and even pet care( as long as there is no expectation of picking up bodily wastes), etc. I DO NOT (and I don't want to be in an environment of) smoke, drink, like extreme intolerance to races or religions, use or agree with corporal punishment( especially after age 9), like bugs, like bad odors, or use profanity. I'm very willing to provide references, transcripts, and a resume upon request.
