I have been a teacher for over twelve years; being given the opportunity to teacher students with diverse interests, abilities and needs.During this time, I have created and implemented several strategies to create an atmosphere in which students can learn in a fun and meaningful way. I believe that every learner is different and as such, requires differentiated instructions which will suit individual needs. As a teacher I also enjoy learning from my students as they contribute to discussions or written articles. My experience over the years have molded me into a reflective practitioner, whose practice continues to undergo much revision and improvements to effectively secure student learning.
