My name is Annie. My education includes BA in both English and Psychology. Although I am an English tutor, my psychology background will help me figure out the best way to tailor the lesson to each individual student. Other specialities I have are Early Learner Math (PreK-grade 7) and music (piano and theory). I will provide the basic building blocks such as grammar and reading comprehension. I specialize in Early Learning and ESL. Early Learners are children from ages 4-10. This is the stage in life where it is crucial for learning. I've also been trained to help international students where English may not be their favourite subject. My style of tutoring focuses mainly on independent learning. As educators, we cannot be there every step of the way with the students but we can provide that fundamental building blocks needed for students to continually grow in their academic journey.
