Our goal at Ironclad is helping your student develop skills that reach beyond individual subjects and give them the tools they need to be successful throughout their entire academic career. We will coach skills such as note taking, productive study habits, researching material and getting over the fear of asking questions, as well as covering specific subject matter and personal goals. We take a one-on-one approach to give your student our full attention, and address their own goals and individual needs. We can assist with basics for toddlers preparing to start pre-school or kindergarten, or challenge AP and Honor students to unlock cohesive insight into their subjects. We will coordinate with your student's teachers and district curriculums to ensure that our guidance relates back to the classroom. We can assist with monitoring homework assignments and long-term projects for completion and progress. At Ironclad, we count success as our students becoming comfortable with their subjects and confident in relating them casually. Times and location are flexible. Rates start at $25/hour for elementary coaching and younger; $50/hour for standard assistance. These rates can be adjusted, per agent for distance traveled.
