I am Danielle, a 22-year-old goal-oriented, organized, and reliable tutor who is passionate about helping learners progress and reach success! My top priority is education because I value the ability to share knowledge. I collaborate with both parents and teachers to develop an effective, organized, and creative tutoring program for your student. I have spent the past three years studying Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa focusing on cognition and development. I have over seven years of tutoring experience at schools, learning centers, mentoring programs, and private homes. I have taught in many different environments, both one-on-one, and in groups to children in elementary, middle, and high school. I am proficient with different levels of academic evaluation, so I can provide dynamic communication of curriculum. After I entered the gifted program in third grade, I participated in mentoring programs and tutoring opportunities at my own schools. After high school, I have continued networking my own independent tutoring programs which are designed for student centered learning. I specialize in mathematics, including Algebra, Statistics, Geometry, Trigonometry, and pre-Calculus. Reading comprehension and English writing are my personal favorite subject. My excellent writing skills scored nearly perfect scores on SAT and ACT essays. I am proficient in memorizing exercises and studying techniques for test preparation.
