Hello! I'm Becca. I recently graduated from UC Irvine where I earned my Bachelor's Degree. I am very passionate about teaching and tutoring, and have excellent experience. I started tutoring elementary school students while in high school; my mom is a wonderful teacher, and she inspired me to volunteer and connect with students that needed some extra support in her school. While still in high school, I was selected to teach the French I course for a portion of the year while the instructor was out on maternity leave, as the district made an exception to allow a couple of advanced students to qualify as substitute teachers. This was a unique and rewarding experience that has helped me thrive as a tutor and genuinely connect with my students. I love what I do, and I try to make learning as enjoyable as possible with each student I work with by getting to know them and what engages them the most. Besides tutoring, I am a personal trainer, and I enjoy fitness, composing music, and teaching Karate. I am flexible and located in the San Fernando Valley. I can meet on a campus or at a student's residence. I look forward to working with more students thanks to this site!
