I am a 17-year old violinist with 9 years of study under my belt. I began my own studio at the end of freshman year of high school, and I have taught 3 students for 3 years (ages 10-12). After studying under numerous professionals, I have acquired a sense of teaching through methods that I believe are most helpful to young learners. I received many honors such as the Georgia MTA Statewide Concerto Competition Winner before I moved to NC and became assistant principal second violinist in the NC Allstate ERO Orchestra during my freshman year. I was also concertmaster in Lamar Stringfield Musical Camp and first violin in an advanced Beethoven Quartet. (These are all within the last few recent years) Additionally, judges in past Federation Festivals have all rated me as superior, the highest rating possible. I use every minute of the lesson to the best of my abilities and each of my current customers have been extremely satisfied with both my teaching and my tailored teaching methods. I will assign your child, or you, with practice etudes for technique drilling and sight reading, and concert pieces without additional fees. Students must bring their own instruments.
