If you have children from 5 and up who are interested in learning chess or improving on what you've taught them please call or email me anytime. I can teach multiple kids if siblings or friends want to do it together, or I can do one on one lessons. I'm happy to teach at your house, apartment, or the local library, whatever works for you. I have all the equipment your kids would need to learn the game easily and quickly. Lessons will be about $30 per child depending on location, but if you want to do multiple lessons or multiple kids the price per child could be lowered. My name is Sam Records and I grew up in Bethesda. I've been playing Chess since I was 5, playing weekly tournaments throughout elementary and middle school and playing on the BCC Chess Team. I recently graduated from West Virginia University and spent my summers working with kids at Camp Twin Creeks for the past 10 years. Currently I'm teaching chess in 8 elementary and middle schools in Montgomery County and D.C.
