How much does a tutor cost in Granada Hills?

I am a high school senior at SCVi Charter School who just completed Calculus 1 at COC. I can tutor from basic math until Algebra 2! I am dependable, patient, and love the subject! I gladly meet my students at my house, local Library, Starbucks, or at the students house. I charge a flexible $20, more or less depending on the student and needs of the family. Hello this is Rishi Patel, MD. I was raised in the SFV and attended Van Nuys HS and UC Riverside where I earned my bachelors in Biology. I recently graduated from medical school in June 2013 with a Laude degree from Puerto Rico, USA. I have satisfied all Usmle licensing examination requirements, including Step 3. I am also ACLS certified through June 2015. Before entering medical school I worked fulltime for Score! Education Center during 2004. While there I helped children ages 5-18 with their homework as well as prepared adolescents for university courses. I have worked with children all of my life and I naturally enjoy being around them. I taught children & adolescents ages 5-21. I focused on teaching subjects including, English, History, Spanish, Math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II, & Calculus I), Science, & Writing. I motivate students in a positive manner, helped them with their homework as well as our own curriculum, and I prepared students for their class exams. I have a CA Mutiple Subjects Credential K-12. I am a retired CA elementary teacher. I am comfortable with K-6 Grade Level Courses. I am available 1-6PM. We can meet Monday - Thursday. We will decide on a location after discussion of your student ‘s needs. Preferably a public location.
