NYS Certified Teacher looking to tutor students in mathematics grades 1-5. Well versed in the curriculums of "Everyday Mathematics", "Singapore Math/"Math in Focus." as well as all Harcourt Publications. Presently, I am a 4th grade teacher in a NYC Public Schools in Queens. I previously taught 1st grade for three years, 2nd grade for five years and fourth grade now for two years. I have had profound results on students grades when tutoring in after-school programs or at homes and I was recognized as a finalist in the NYC as a top teacher and received the Big Apple Award for the 2012-201... academic school year.
