I have been tutoring for all of my high school years and have helped many students as young as 5 years old to as old as 19 succeed in the academic classroom. I am currently a college student in the pursuit of engineering and computer science. I love to tutor and help those in need and it gives me such a joy to see them succeed and grow. During my tutoring sessions, I incorporate art, music, and interesting facts of life into the lesson plans or doing practice problems. Students in the past have said that my sessions were never boring and weren't even bothered with the time because they were having fun. With older generations, I still make sessions fun and interesting while challenging them in ways they fail to be challenged in school. I am here to help!

I use unique ways of tutoring students in math that, for elementary math and arithmetic, involves no memorization. I do not ask students to memorize the times tables or any other arithmetic operations because one should be able to calculate. One of the most important and first lessons I start students with is learning to count. Yes, learning to count not from 1 to 10, but 0 to 9 as these are the only digits that make up all the numbers that exist. Teaching them to count this way allows them to compute calculations faster and easier without memorization as the human brain can in fact be a calculator.
