I'm an
Individual
Think of me as a consultant, to be met irregularly so you can be listened to and corrected. That's right, IRREGULARLY. I'll discover your major problems with grammar and pronunciation. Then after working on those issues on your own, we will meet again to check on your improvement and to continue to refine your English. In this manner, you will not waste you're money on expensive individual regularly scheduled sessions, nor will I waste my time meeting with you if you have not prepared for class. Ultimately your success is our success and my number one priority. I'm an American from Minnesota. I was studying Engineering at the University of Florida, GO GATORS, before completely changing my life's course. I moved to Miami and 2 years later moved to Brazil. I tutored in Sao Paulo, Brazil for many years, all levels, from basic to advanced. For the last 21 years, I've lived and worked with Latinos from all over the Caribbean, Central and South America. I understand you and know your challenges in learning the English language. Let me help you with your grammar, pronunciation, writing, and fluency. I enjoy having class outside in parks or walking around the beach. I mention my dog in my headline because I love having him with me whenever possible. He's a bully breed and loves being outside. If you're a dog person you'll love him. He could accompany us if you like. He's quite a conversation piece. Shopping malls are good when it's hot out or rainy. People watching makes for good conversation. We can also study in the privacy of your own home. You must have a notebook which I will write in. These days most people have voice recorders on their phones which are incredibly helpful. You can utilize whatever course material you prefer and bring that along as well. These classes will be customized to your exact needs, whether it be preparing for a job interview, paper writing, conversation skills or grammar. Sessions can be one on one, or small groups of people with similar levels of conversation. I look forward to the challenge. How about you?
