Hello! My name's Philip Hoover, and I have 7 years of experience teaching all levels of English. I am a TESOL certified teacher, and hold an MFA in Writing from the University of Texas. I've taught at ELS Language Center at Dominican University, and Transworld Schools in San Francisco.
