ENGLISH: Learn Spanish, French or English in an individualized, friendly and goal-oriented setting. Set your own pace, goals and needs for each language. Learn one or both registers (formal/street), and improve your writing, reading and oral skills! My lessons are devised so that every class you accomplish a new level of learning that relates to your real life and your real needs, so that the information sticks to you and you don't forget it before the next lesson! I put a heavy stress on pronunciation and diction, which enhances comprehension and takes away your fear of being heard or judged. I consider vocabulary to be essential to understanding and being understood, and my learning methods make it easy to remember. Grammar will be presented in an easy-to-understand way, so you get all the essential information without the fancy or difficult terms (we can learn those too if you want). The best thing about my lessons is that you are in charge. We will learn what you want to learn, meaning that you will tell me what you want to learn and I will make sure to give you the tools you need to use it correctly and remember it easily. We can work with or without a text book, in a class type scenario or in an out-of-the-class room approach. I am very flexible and highly able to adjust to your needs. Lessons can be in 1-on-1 or in small groups. I can teach at cafes, parks or your house. I typically charge $30 for a 1h and a half lesson, but we can negotiate it depending on how many lessons you will take. I am also an excellent live translator and interpreter. About me: I am a recent anthropology graduate and dance student in NYC with a great passion and skill for learning and teaching languages. The reason I know how to teach a language is because I've had to learn several of them, and I've had good training on how to do it correctly. I am a native Spanish speaker with native fluency in English. I am also fluent in French and Portuguese, with basic knowledge of Japanese and German. Quién soy: Me gradué recientemente de antropología y soy un estudiante de danza en Nueva York con una gran pasión y destreza para aprender y enseñar idiomas.
