Math is a subject that many students find hard to grasp and therefore they end up falling behind in school. I have experience helping students at many grade levels. I teach basic math (elementary school) to advanced mathematics (high school, SAT prep, and college mathematics) Remedial math Math fundamentals Basic math Pre-algebra Algebra Algebra II Geometry Statistics Trigonometry Pre-calculus Calculus Calculus II SAT Mathematics I can tone it down to help with elementary school homework assignments or ramp it up to help students prep for SAT math. I work with students who have learning disabilities through to gifted students who are looking to challenge the status quo. About me: A recent Rutgers University graduate with a passion to help students succeed. I tutored basic mathematics at Rutgers University and in my free time for a number of year. I worked with students one on one to develop their skills and build their confidence. I have also worked with family members and friends to motivate them to be math wiz's. I am a Lawrenceville, NJ native (lived here for about 15 years) and graduated from Lawrence High School. I currently work full time in Princeton, NJ as a software engineer. I am willing to meet students in their own homes or in local libraries to assist them where they are most comfortable and able to concentrate best.
