I am a person who grew up facing plenty of challenges. I was first in my family to go to college. I therefore understand what it means to lack a mentor for a young person who wishes to realize a life dream. I like to step to the plate for this reason to offer whatever I can to make a child succeed. Nothing gives more joy than to see a bright face of a child who has discovered his life purpose and is working towards. Math can be frustrating especially because it is hard at times for a child to see its practical application. For this reason I always bring real life challenges to the class and endeavor to build a solid link between what learns are taught and the realities that they face from time to time. I am enthusiastic and full of energy. I always keep my classes lively by creating fun learning activities such as games, puzzles, models and excursions. I am teacher that lets the learner take the lead. I therefore believe that the learners needs and interest always come first. My teaching is thus more of facilitation rather than drollery lectures. My passion is to create learners who can independent solve problems using mathematic procedures. This is what drive me and I work around the clock to achieve it.
