Hello, my name is Jacob. I am currently a college student working towards my TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) degree. I'm a published poet and have been writing fiction and non fiction for a majority of my life. Not only am I a writer and working to become a future instructor, but I have always been working towards my goals. Along working to achieve my goals, many of my instructors along the way have noticed my ambitions. An English Professor of mine recommended me for an internship with the Quarto Group Publishing Company. His recommendation helped me get closer to excelling my career. I have been communicating with the Quarto Group to figure out where I would fit. Being recognized by writing and English professionals, isn't my only reason to pursue tutoring. My passion for students and seeing them succeed is ultimately what I am working for. In high school I was a peer tutor in English and Spanish. I tutored over a dozen of students and every single students' grade increased a minimum of two letter grades. Every single one of my students mean everything to me, and I want you to consider me as a tutor.
