Tutor in San Francisco, California

I've previously tutored at San Francisco State University's student writing center, The Boston Learning Center, and my own independent private tutoring in-person and online. With an educational background in English literature and creative writing, I have extensive experience copyediting / proofreading thesis-driven college-level essays. In addition, along with my career in early childhood education, I would love to work with young children on their developing their reading comprehension and writing skills. I recently moved to San Francisco from the Boston area. I'm still a Red Sox fan - I want to see them play the A's in Oakland. I also love old classic movies, writing poetry, and reading engrossing novels / poetry. I've loved writing since I was a child myself. I hope I can have the opportunity to convey my passion of language to your son or daughter.
