Hello! My name is Ben and I am currently living in Boulder, Colorado. I am a graduate student at the University of Colorado pursuing a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have previously graduated Willamette University in Salem, Oregon with a B.A. in Physics. I am one year into my master's program and am looking for high school and/or undergraduate students to tutor. Some courses that I feel extremely confident tutoring are algebra, Calculus I, Calculus II, Multi-variable Calculus, Physics I, Physics II, and Modern Physics. My previous tutoring and teaching experience includes: 1 semester of individual tutoring Physics I 1 semester of group tutoring Physics I 1 semester as a Teaching Assistant for Physics II Lab 1 semester as a graduate Teaching Assistant for Sustainable by Design, an engineering based course. Some more details about my education: Graduated Laude from Willamette University with a final GPA of 3.83. Currently have a GPA of 3.68 at University of Colorado. First authored a publication on the pulsation frequencies and amplitudes of a newly discovered pulsating star. Like most Colorado residents, I love hiking, skiing, biking, and most of all running!
