If you are looking for an experienced tutor at a reasonable cost, look no further! I have 13 years of experience teaching High School English and running individual and group tutoring. I am well qualified to work with any age students on a variety of subjects, though my specialties are Writing Tutoring, ACT English/Reading prep and High School Readiness in Reading and Writing. Most other private tutors charge at least $50/hr. Tutoring companies generally cost $80/hr. or more. I find those fees to be exorbitant, to be honest. And sadly, most of those tutors are not nearly as committed to each individual pupil as I am. Yet, I only charge $40/hr. for individual tutoring and $30/hr./student for groups of 3 or more. I am willing to travel to your home or meet at local public libraries. Hours are whatever works best for your family, with no missed appointment fees if you need to skip a normal meeting time for vacations or other obligations.
