I am a current medical student at Duke University and specialize as a tutor in preparation for the MCAT and AP Chemistry exams. I scored in the top 1% on the MCAT, and as a former chemistry teacher in the Teach For America corps, I have an extensive professional background in education and am experienced with working with students from a broad spectrum of ability levels; 100% of my Advanced Placement students passed the AP Chemistry exam in 2012, with most scoring fives. (Nationally, only 55% of students passed the exam that year, with a mere 15% scoring fives.) I hold a B.S. in chemistry/pharmacology from Duke University and a M...... in science education.
