Dear Parents, I am an educated, nurturing, and genuinely helpful tutor that's enthusiastic about teaching your kids! I'm currently attending Santiago College studying Biology with a minor in child development so I can teach. I'm very flexible in my schedule, and would be available most afternoons and week nights for in home sessions, as well as after school pick ups. I have my own car. I've long-term tutored 11 kids and counting, in different grades, on different subjects. I come prepared to each session, bringing my own materials, and list of topics to go over. This way each session is as efficient and valuable as possible to the student. Whether reviewing Algebra II or first grade reading, I adapt to each child's needs, finding the weak points, and strengthening their knowledge on the subject. Topics I've tutored for in the past are listed below, but also consider that I am capable of preparing materials for other subjects. If you only need assistance for a one-time essay help, or school project a flat rate charge can be arranged. I accept PayPal, cash, and check as payment. * For some families, I offer a trial tutoring period of two weeks or until the next big test at a reduced rate (usually $10 per hour), so that notable improvement in their child's grades and understanding can judge for higher compensation.
