Tutor Job in Toronto, Ontario

I will need a tutor who also has a Graduate-level degree and can read and write in English at a Graduate-university level. The tutor that I am looking for can help to achieve my goals by helping me with my poor time management, a tutor who can also assist me in the editing the final product, and a tutor who understands the basic concepts of what makes a successful research paper, similar to a Master's-level thesis. I would prefer to work with a tutor who has a background in a Master's-level Fine Arts degree, Arts & Science (English, Education, Political Science) is also acceptable.
