I am 24 and a graduate of Cornell University in Engineering. I enjoy math, the sciences and am also fairly strong in American History and Government. Because I am a recent graduate I am fairly knowledgeable to the college application process and can also help with testing needs and general financial aid support (but if I find a question that stumps me I'll make sure to get the appropriate people to help). I recently concluded teaching 11th grade pre-calculus for 2 years. As a tutor I believe learning should be fun and enjoyable, and am fairly approachable in my teaching style. I care strongly about building great relationships with my students and know that only when a student trusts the teacher can learning actually happen. Lastly, my schedule is fairly flexible. I am available mostly in the evenings (after 4pm, excluding Wednesday and Fridays) and weekends. Feel free to propose any times and I'll be ready to work with you.
