Looking for one or two responsible, professional tutors or teachers to share my office space with. I rent an office space in the Tech Center where I teach adults piano lessons until 3 pm every day. After that time, the office is vacant, and I'm looking for someone to share the space with. The office comes fully furnished. -Weekdays, 3:30-midnight -Weekends, available all day and evening Included in the rent is: -Use of my personal piano keyboard (if you teach piano) and office furniture -Access to lounge area (TVs) and full kitchen (free Peet's coffee!) -Free wifi -FOB and key for after-hours access Note: This is not a rehearsal space due to noise bleeding into other offices, but I've had no problems with slightly lowering the keyboard volume so it doesn't bother neighbors. Rent: -Weekday rental (3:30-9 pm, all 5 days per week): $300/month ---(For teachers, if you had only 3-1/2 hour students at $25/lesson, you'd break even.) -Weekend rental (all day, Saturdays and Sundays): $200/month ---(For teachers, if you had only 2-1/2 hour students at $25/lesson, you'd break even.)
