My goal in teaching is to guide you toward that understanding. I do this by continuously assessing your current level and commandeering your thought process to a greater level of subject mastery. We build your skills by having you complete level appropriate real world projects that form an integral part of your learning. Simply put, I adhere to the philosophy that we learn by doing things and actively involving our thinking apparatus. In all the subjects I teach, I've sought to gain a deep understanding of the subject matter and have practiced the application of that knowledge to solidify my own understanding. I don't just regurgitate what I've read. Much of my teaching methodology is grounded in philosophies of teaching put forth by Socrates, one of the ancient Greek philosophers.
