Tutor in Markham, Ontario

I have been tutoring math for 3 years and my students are from Grade 2 to Grade 12 (including Advanced functions and Calculus). Other than the general Ontario Curriculum, I have also taught International Baccalaureate (IB) and Advance Placement (AP) math. I am currently teaching at a tutoring centre the IB curriculum to prepare grade 8 students to write their IB school (high school) entrance exam. I am proud to say that so far all my students I have taught were able to enter an IB school. My Education background : Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering from University of Toronto Master of Business Administration from York Schulich School of Business Chartered Professional Accountant Designation My strength as a tutor is my ability to communicate with the students, be able to simplify things for them, whether is it a complex math concept or question. I believe that there is always a process to solve any kind of math problems, and I teach these processes and have student practised them over and over again, so that the idea is etched into their brain. I work full time for the Ontario government but I really enjoy my part time endeavour, teaching and tutoring students mathematics and seeing students improving their math score as well as their interest in math.
