My goal is to provide students with simple, yet valuable techniques and instructions to assist them in being more efficient and confident in solving math problems. I have a Bachelors of Science in Electronic Engineering and I have helped many students in various levels of math including General Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, College Algebra (MAC 1105), Geometry, Trigonometry, College Trigonometry (MAC 1114), Pre-Calculus Algebra (MAC 1140), Calculus I (MAC 2311) and Business Calculus (MAC2233). My service also includes helping students prep for Florida Virtual School (FLVS), GED, FCAT, SAT, ACT, FTCE, CPT and other placement or assessment tests. Because of my tutoring experience, I am able to pinpoint where the student is having difficulties by observing how he or she is solving the problem. With this, we can take the necessary steps to improve problem solving techniques. I tailor my methods of tutoring to suit the needs of each student. I also offer online tutoring using an interactive real-time whiteboard (so that we can see what each other is writing) and screen sharing (that enables us to view the course work on each other's computer screen).
