Tutor Job in Portland, Oregon

I'm looking for someone to help my 2 boys better their reading and writing skills. They are at a 1st to 2nd grade level. Though they are in 3rd and 4th grade. They are developmentally delayed, but are capable of understanding, and also communicate well. They are chronologically about to be 9 and 10, but have tested social emotional scores of several years younger. I wish to help help them catch up on reading and writing as much as possible. I do not expect miracles, just help with practice and repetition so they have a chance.
