JBG Educational Group is looking to expand its staff! JBG Educational Group is a private tutoring company, based in Massachusetts, that serves clients throughout New England. We are seeking highly motivated, self-starters who have a passion for teaching and are able to manage their own schedules. Our ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or higher and be able to devote a minimum of four hours per week to tutoring. Applicants must be patient, professional, and committed to helping our students achieve the highest possible level of academic success. Previous tutoring or teaching experience and proficiency in multiple subject areas are preferred. Our pay rates start at $30/hr (for private clients). Tutors are eligible for merit-based raises within months of hire. We are currently hiring: Academic Tutor - for a college student at Saint Michael's College. The student has mild learning disabilities, but works hard and is highly motivated. The student needs help staying organized, writing all papers and preparing for tests and quizzes across an array of disciplines. His classes include: Cognitive Psychology, English 101, Philosophy and Religion. The preferred schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays around noon for a few hours.
