Someone who adores teaching. One who has integrity, is trustworthy, preferably saved (Christian), and makes learning fun and easy to grasp. One who is up for the challenge and has patience to thoroughly explain 3rd to 5th grade level math, reading and writing to my 9 y.o. son who is currently on the MTSS and 504 program at school. Pay is definitely up for negotiation depending upon how well you connect with my son and ability to make a positive and influential difference in his life, especially in the area of education.
