Tutor Job in Baltimore, Maryland

I'm looking for a math tutor so that I can score higher on the ASVAB. I've always struggled at math, hence why I am requesting assistance. I need someone who is reliable,patience, and can break down these problems in a manner in which I understand. I'd prefer someone with an American dialect, only because math is already a difficult subject for me, and I do not want to add the burden of an accent on top of math. I would like to work with someone once a week for 1 hour on weekends, and I am willing to meet at a public place such as a library or a cafe like setting. I'm willing to pay 10/hr obo.
