We are a relationship based tutoring company, focused on mentoring as a basis for learning. We primarily serve high school students in Chestnut Hill, Brookline, Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, Weston, and Boston. Tutors meet with students for one-on-one or small group tutoring at the student's school, home, or local library. High demand for tutors with daytime availability, as well as after school, evenings, and weekends. THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE A VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM CLIENTS Seeking tutors in the following subject areas: College Prep: SAT/ ACT, Applications/ Essays, Special Education: including working with students on IEPs, executive function, organization, etc. Math: Pre-calculus, Calculus Science: Chemistry, Physics High School Admissions: SSAT and ISEE Languages: Spanish & French *Preference will be given to tutors who can teach in multiple subject areas. Qualifications: BA in specific subject area and/ or Teaching Certification or working towards certification -or- MA in specific subject area/ or Masters in Education -or- Multiple Masters degrees including Special Education and/ or Ph.d All applicants will be subject to complete background check including but not limited to verification of references, licenses, and CORI.
