Tutor Job in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Family seeks tutor for third grade aged child. Ideally, the tutor should be able to instruct the child in history, literature, writing and another language (Mandarin Chinese or Spanish are preferred). Additionally, the candidate should have some experience teaching young children, especially in a child-centered program. The hours will be Mondays 9 - 5 plus paid prep time for the academic year (Sept. - April). The candidate must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, CPR certification (or be willing to get it at our expense) and be willing to undergo a background check.
