Tutor Job in Columbia, South Carolina

I am looking for a violin tutor in the 29229 zip code. I am looking for a 2 hour block every week at a cost of $25 cash. I know tutors come at a high premium but I am not willing to pay any more than that price. We will need to find a public place for the lessons. I have some basic knowledge reading scales already. I am looking to practice identifying notes by ear and also vibrato. I have no vibrato whatsoever and have extreme difficulty learning how to perform any type of vibrato. I am definitely beginner level at the violin. I expect that you have some years of playing the violin under your belt and can demonstrate your ability. I like the sound of classical music however I'm only interested in learning vibrato and identifying notes by ear at this point.
