About the tutor: I am a university student proficient in calculus, physics, chemistry, and biology. I have been tutoring and teaching for 5 years and have a great sense in translating difficulties into understanding. I get a lot of students who have difficulty with math, which makes this is my strongest subject to teach. My availability will start up again in the new year, so please book an appointment in advance, as exams happen sooner than you think. The more time you have to study, the better prepared you will be. I have experience in teaching all grade levels 1-12, which all require different ways of teaching. I charge $25-$50 an hour and prices can be negotiated as a group rate if there are more than one student with the same subject and grade level needing to be taught. It may be difficult to find a tutor that is suitable for your learning requirement, and I've implemented a way for you to test out my teaching skills by making the first hour half off. I usually tutor at libraries because of their convenience. House calls differ in price range. However, if they are ongoing or group study sessions, then I can be more flexible.
