I'm an
Individual
Do you want to expand your tutoring practice and tutor in your own space in a prestigious Educational Consultants office? We are a private educational group who are looking to bring another associate into our space. We have a beautiful suite of offices with private parking in the McKinley Park area. As a group, we provide services to individual families ranging from reading remediation, tutoring in all subject areas, as well as college/graduate school placement services. Our group's philosophy is centered on deeply supporting the educational process of youth in a psychodynamic perspective, with an emphasis on individuation and success. You are creative and like to experiment, but not at the expense of the client, are uber organized, and obsess over details. You have demonstrated supervisory experience that will serve you well as you work with a dynamic content team. We believe in hard work, an exchange of ideas, and building meaningful relationships with our clients. Intelligent conversation and deep listening are core to our style of working. This person will be willing to bring his or her full self to the position representing our organization's clients in what we create and curate. Are you the one? In our current model, we each work as independent contractors and share expenses. This is an ideal situation for someone looking to grow his or her private practice and operate within a synergistic group. *This position will be five days a week from 2:30-7:30 p.m. Ideally, a candidate should: - Possess a Master's degree, or be in process of earning one, in the fields of education, psychology, or the subject of your strength - Optimally, have tutored children from ages 7 to 18 and understand learning style challenges, mild LD's, AD/HD, and other challenges.
