Hello, My name is David. I am a tutor for grades k-12. I have a just completed my first year of college, and I am looking to help out those in need. I believe I can help you your loved ones by teaching them different methods of learning, and retaining specific information. I have tutored more than 20 individuals on their journey through education, and have learned quite a bit myself along the way. I have helped with basics like math, science, English, music, history, languages, and I have even helped individuals that struggled in physical education, art, psycology, and some colleges classes. my main point of tutoring, is making learning fun. I enjoy putting a smile on a persons face, and to know that I am helping them brings me even more joy. I can take any subject and make it fun and understandable to any young person. or even a maturing adult studying for midterms in college. Another point I like to make as a tutor, is self discipline through rewards. (I only wish I had been taught it when I was younger.) for example I make small goals with a individual. Study for 30 minutes,play games for 10! or get this quiz done with no mistakes, and get a treat. without self discipline, how are you going to find the motivation to get to class on time, or study for that assignment that you know you'll pass but you just want to make sure, or even when you have a job!? Its all about pushing yourself to your learning limits and going, just a little bit further. all the while of course rewarding yourself for your accomplishments! I am open to any kind of teaching method you prefer, and will also suggest others that I feel might benefit your child, or yourself. My asking price is $15 per hour, with guaranteed success. I am of course open to other prices, especially it being the holiday season, but I do have bills to pay as well.
