Positions Available: Berktree Learning is currently looking for tutors for the following subjects and locations . . . - Math and Science -- High School Level, including: Geometry, Algebra 2, Biology and Chemistry -- Location: Multiple locations in and near Aliso Viejo and Newport Beach. - Advanced Mathematics and Physics - High School Level, and College Level including: Caluclus (AP), Statistics (AP), Physics (AP), and lower subjects -- Location: Multiple locations in and near Aliso Viejo --multiple subject teacher- must be available between 3-7 PM and be able to start ASAP at Aliso Viejo Location. - S.A.T. Prep (NOTE: MUST HAVE 1 Year experience, can train in our materials!) -- Location: in Aliso Viejo What We like to see in candidates: Berktree Learning is looking for personable, highly qualified and experienced tutors, for both in-home, and on-location (Aliso Viejo) sites. Highly qualified tutors will have completed a Bachelor's degree, or will be enrolled in a B.A. program in the specific subjects they wish to tutor. Likewise, an experienced tutor will have either prior tutoring experience, or have experience working with youth in Middle or High School. Personable tutors are those who can make education and the tutoring experience an enjoyable and enlightening exercise for students, and who can communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
