Tutor Job in London, Ontario

This is for my 15 year old son. I placed him in the autism program for grade 7 and 8 to prepare him socially, for high school. Last year he made the leap from Grade 6 education to Grade 9 applied and academic classes and did well but struggled. This child has the potential to get grades of 90 (I taught him basic genetics at the age of 6 at the Ontario Science Center in about 5 minutes) I need someone who is patient and has the ability to Mix up their teaching style if he doesn't understand initially what you are communicating. He is very verbally articulate and sharp. If he has to sit and read and then write something it is a painful situation to watch and that is not what I am looking my for in a tutor. However he can totally clearly explain what he knows and understands. He has modifications in high school for the written testing so I am not looking for you to get him to do that aspect. I just want it focused on the work. I am looking for likely several tutors. Math, English, Sciences.. In Grade 9 he made a jump that the elementary school said he would not be able to do, yet he did it independently. ( I didn't do a tutor last year because I didn't want to add stress to an already challenging year) He was told up front if he failed it was no big deal he would just repeat it. He passed, and he coped with the demands of high school so now I want to give him every chance to show the intelligence that is trapped inside. He will absolutely rise to the occasion, I need someone who is also an intellectual type and will be able to follow some of his ideas and thoughts. Socially inept with a trapped brilliant mind that is just starting to come out. I have heard all the negative feed back from the elementary schools at TVDSB, I know my child and I knew he could do it and I was right. I need someone else who will believe in him and can look past the diagnosis and see the really great kid.
