I’m a highly experienced, MIT- and Harvard-trained private teacher. I’ve taught independently for ten years and have thousands of hours of experience, both in person and by Skype. I offer a variety of personalized tutoring, mentoring, and enrichment services to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students and to working professionals. I specialize in high-level instruction in university subjects across the sciences and the humanities, advanced training in quantitative and verbal reasoning and analytical writing, and rigorous test preparation for a variety of exams—including all sections of the the GRE, GMAT, and LSAT, Exam P for actuaries, and problem-solving tests for business consultants. I studied theoretical math, literature, and philosophy at MIT and Harvard, graduating in 2010. In the spring of 2017 I spent a semester doing graduate work at Harvard in philosophy and the history of science. I’ve worked in laboratories at NASA, the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the McGovern Institute for Brain Research, and MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. I earned a perfect score on the GRE (170 quant, 170 verbal), a 790 on the GMAT (51 quant, 48 verbal), and a 178 on the LSAT.
