Tutor Job in Highland, New York

My son is in third grade and, like every other kid in America, had his school year hijacked by the pandemic. We've moved to a new school district. He's needing help with multiplication, division, reading and writing. I'm open to any and all suggestions - but I think 8-10 hours a week would be a great start - stretched over 2-3 days ... ?? I am looking for someone to do in-person tutoring, not remote.
