My name is Sofia and I'm a first year Media Production major and aspiring writer. I love storytelling and would like nothing more than to share the knowledge and skill I've acquired in the writing craft with others. Throughout high school, English and Creative Writing were my best subjects in terms of academic standing. During graduation, I was awarded the English award and I have been (and still am) my peers' go-to gal for help with writing and literary analysis, so if anyone is in need of an English tutor, you've found the right girl. I also have a passion (and a high academic standing) for the other subjects listed and am more than happy to assist your learning in those areas. For parents seeking a tutor for their child, I've also worked with a lot of children (ages 4-12), having volunteered at a daycare for 2 years. I promise I can find innovative ways to help your child reach their academic goals while having fun. My goal with every tutoring session is to instill a love and appreciation for the subjects I teach and I will do everything in my power to do so and provide an elevated learning experience. All I look for in a job is a student with an open mind and a desire to learn.
