Tutor Job in Edmonton, Alberta

As a teacher and music specialist in a Francophone setting, I am frustrated and have been struggling in my goal to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly website for my students and school community. I understand hierarchy in creating homepage, file storage, pages, can modify settings, create tags, link URLs, add images and video, external and internal links. There are many platforms out there... my school board uses Moodle, which I find very restrictive. I'm looking for a tutor who can problem-shoot and help solve the missteps I am making while creating this website. I have most of the layout mapped out and am clear on what I'm looking for. I have no HTLM(5) skills, so am using mostly template-based design. My site will be launched exclusively in French and I will be managing the site on my own once it's completely designed.. Some knowledge of the French language would be an asset. HTML and CSS are indispensable. I am currently using e-monsite..... as an online website creator and would like to continue using this platform. They provide services in both French and English.
