There is a friendly Persian here willing to teach Farsi! If you are curious to know who I am and why I'm offering such a tempting cool opportunity, this is a short introduction: I'm a Physics graduate student here at WashU. I'm interested in teaching Farsi because of two reasons: I love teaching and I love Farsi! And I feel a kind of responsibility towards the world to let them know about beautiful good things in my native language and culture that they probably are not aware of. For your information, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was an outstanding German poet and novelist who has a very famous book West-Eastern Divan which is a collection of poems in the Persian style, inspired by the work of Hafez (probably the greatest Persian spiritual poet) Goethe is known of being in love with Farsi and Hafez's poems and he is one example among so many great scholars and influential people having this level of intimacy with Farsi and Persian culture.
